The samples were actually useful and helped me make a decision, but I’ll be honest, it felt like the goalposts kept moving a bit along the way. Still, having something to look at in person made the choice a lot easier.

I was hoping there’d be more tile options, but the selection felt limited. I looked around for a bit and just didn’t really find anything that... I don’t know, stood out

I had a problem with my order and tried to get it sorted, but the responses I got weren’t very useful. I kept having to explain the same thing over and over, and it still never really got properly resolved. it kind of felt like they were just sending standard replies and hoping I’d give up, though maybe that’s just how it came across. By the end I was frustrated, out of time, and still not happy with the outcome. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I’m happy with these tiles overall. They look good, feel decent, and seem better than a lot of the other options people usually go for. I’d probably order them again

The tile looked fine overall, it just wasn’t quite what I expected from the listing. The color was different in person and the size info seemed off too, the product page could definitely use clearer details.

Ordering was more of a hassle than I expected. The checkout kept glitching, and it took way too long for the confirmation email to come through. I get that websites have issues sometimes, but basic stuff like placing an order and getting a confirmation should be straightforward

I’ve ordered from them a few times now, and overall it’s been a smooth experience. The tiles arrived when they were supposed to, and everything was packed well enough that I didn’t have any broken pieces in my boxes.

The only thing keeping it from being perfect was that the tracking update lagged a bit one time, which was mildly annoying. But i still felt good about the order in the end, and I’d use them again without stressing over it

I’m annoyed that this is apparently so hard for other companies to get right, but these tiles showed up perfect. No broken pieces, everything looked nice, and the order wasn’t wrecked like I’ve had happen before

The staff were friendly and did try to help, which I appreciated. To be fair, they knew some things, but when I asked about specific tile sizes, they didn’t seem to have enough information. Not a terrible experience, but I expected a bit more guidance.

I ordered a tile sample because I thought it was going to look close to the photos online, but yeah, it really didn’t. The color was kind of way off from what I expected.
On the website it looked like a warmer beige, maybe a little soft and neutral, but when it showed up it was more gray-ish and just sort of dull. I know screens can make things look different and all that, but this felt like more than just a small difference.

It was annoying since I was trying to match it for a bathroom project, and now I’m basically back to guessing. I probably wouldn’t rely on their online colors again.

I used mosaictile.com mostly for the installation guidance, it helped me avoid a few mistakes I probably would’ve made on my tile job. Most of the tips were useful and made the process feel a lot more manageable. A few steps could’ve been explained a little more clearly though. Did anyone else run into that, or was it just me?

My order did arrive on time, so I’ll give them that, but the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up looking beat up, and a few of the tiles had chipped corners. For something as fragile as tile, I really expected more padding or better protection inside. I reached out to customer service and they were polite enough, but I kind of felt dismissed, like it wasn’t that big of a deal. Overall, the product might be fine, but the packing definitely needs work

No hassle, no weird delivery drama, no missing boxes, no back-and-forth emails, no wondering where the order went. Just ordered them, waited a bit, and boom, tiles delivered.

I messaged them late in the day with a question about matching tiles, half expecting a delayed response or at least some kind of apology for not getting back sooner. Instead, they replied quickly and actually answered my specific question, not some generic copy-paste thing. It made me feel a lot more confident before placing the order. it’s nice when customer service is this easy.

I was sure the shipping was going to be the catch, but it ended up being way less than I expected. There weren’t any weird surprise fees at checkout either, so I have to admit, ordering tiles online felt a lot easier than I thought it would.

I kept trying to look for the items I actually wanted, but they just kept showing as out of stock. Like I said, it was mostly a bunch of out of stock tiles, so it got kind of frustrating fast. Like I said, I just wish there had been more available to choose from.

The site does what it’s supposed to, but getting around it feels more awkward than it needs to be. The navigation could definitely be smoother, and it seems like a preventable issue with a little cleanup
